Generation 2 Improvements
This latest generation introduces a brand-new wheel deck design that offers increased flexibility and adjustability for wheelbase positioning. A new Generation 2 aluminum pedal tray and heel rest provide industry-leading compatibility and maximum pedal adjustment. The chassis is now available with ASR’s Pro Wheel Deck as an option, delivering market-leading control over wheel position and angle. It also features ASR’s signature Flat Face Generation 2 extruded aluminum profile, with the classic Open Face profile available as an alternative. Assembly and design principles have been completely overhauled, resulting in faster builds with fewer parts and significantly improved stability and rigidity. Drawing from the ASR PRO flagship chassis, the mounting and assembly systems have been refined to achieve maximum stiffness.

Performance & Construction
Built on a reinforced 4.5-inch aluminum profile base with a strengthened steering column, the ASR 4 follows a zero-flex, no-weak-points design philosophy. The larger profile provides increased height and stability, ensuring optimal performance with high-torque direct drive wheelbases and demanding pedal sets. The chassis is manufactured from top-grade alloy aluminum sourced in the United States and produced and packaged in Canada with exceptional attention to detail.

Adjustability & Ergonomics
The extruded aluminum construction allows extensive configurability, making it easy to fine-tune your simulator for both short and long racing sessions. The included pedal plate is fully adjustable in height, angle, and mounting position, while the highly adjustable wheel deck enables a personalized and optimal driving position. The ASR 4 accommodates a wide range of driver sizes and setups, supporting users up to 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 m).

Finish & Appearance
The ASR 4 is available in a durable Matte Black powder-coated finish. ASR’s proprietary powder coat formula enhances scratch resistance while delivering a clean, professional look. All steel components, including wheel mounting plates and pedal plates or trays, feature a textured matte black powder-coated finish.

Wheel Deck Options
The ASR 4 offers four wheel deck configurations to support a wide range of wheelbases. The Standard Wheel Deck is compatible with entry-level and mid-range products from manufacturers such as Thrustmaster, Fanatec, and Logitech. The Fanatec Side Mount supports all modern Fanatec products. The Front Mount is designed for MiGE motor-type wheelbases, including Simucube, Simagic Alpha and Alpha Mini, VRS, and other front-mount systems. An Asetek Front Mount option is available exclusively for Asetek wheelbases.

Wheel Deck Adjustability Options
Customers can choose between the Classic Wheel Deck and the Pro Wheel Deck, which is inspired by the flagship ASR PRO chassis and offers enhanced adjustability.
