Warranty

Advanced SimRacing brand products include a free, lifetime replacement warranty covering hardware durability issues and damage resulting from proper assembly and normal residential use. This warranty applies to all hardware components, including aluminum profiles, steel plates, and gussets.

Warranty Coverage Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Use outside of normal residential use, including commercial, rental, or contract applications
  • Incorrect assembly, improper adjustment, or inadequate maintenance
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Shipping or transportation damage
  • Cosmetic or aesthetic damage (scratches, chips, or finish wear)
  • Normal and expected wear and tear
  • Damage occurring after delivery during customer handling
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse

This warranty is intended to protect against material and manufacturing issues under proper use conditions.

A proprietary mechanical design provides two degrees of freedom-yaw (traction loss) and sway, delivering precise and repeatable motion cues. Finished in either Infinite Black or Matte Black powder coat, the platform maintains a clean, high-end aesthetic suited for professional simulator environments.

The system is powered by two D-BOX Generation 5 haptic actuators, delivering uncompromising motion performance. It may be used as a standalone 2-DOF solution or paired with a D-BOX 4250i system to create a full 5-DOF racing simulator. Fully compatible with all Advanced SimRacing aluminum profile chassis, the platform includes all required mounting hardware for a secure, integrated installation.
